Full job description
Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory (mainly tier 3 accounts).
Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customersManage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planningDevelop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the applicationParticipate in the development, presentation and sales of a value propositionNegotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the saleIdentify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variationCompletes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures3 or more years of sales experience with focus on large strategic accounts including applications sales experienceSuccessful sales track recordOracle knowledge and/or knowledge of oracle`s competitorsInteraction with c level playersTeam playerAbility to penetrate accounts and meet with bachelor degree or equivalent.
Range and benefit information provided in this posting are colorado-specific.
Colorado pay range: from $50,000 to $121,000 per annum eligible for commission and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

The account executive is a direct sales opportunity for individuals who have a proven track record of selling complex software solutionThis is a hunter role that focuses on net-new sales within a large us-based territory.
Working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, you will be empowered to sell business applications solutions and related services to prospective new customers.
Manage sales through prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the business applications.
Participate in the creation, presentation and sale of a complete value proposition via the telephone, internet, and customer meetings.
A minimum of 3 years inside or outside sales experience selling software, cloud, erp and/or saas solutions.
Hunter mentality and experience – prior background prospecting, cold calling, generating brand new leas, and building pipelines from scratch.
A strong understanding of accounting solutions, business solutions, ecommerce, erp or crm in a sales capacity is essential, as well as the ability to negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close a sale.
Results-driven with proven ability to sell and project a positive, professional attitude.
Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills.
Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.
Travel between 20-25% may be needed.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
