The director technical product management – sales enablement for optum digital’s platform products will be responsible for working as a strategic partner on the product team, developing and implementing market and communications strategies that help drive the success of the business’ product portfolioThe role will focus on collaborating across stakeholder teams to deliver effective support by championing the message and brand of the product capabilitiesThis role will serve as a key product representative for sales, account management teams, and other key stakeholders across the enterpriseIn this role you will partner with product, analytics, sales and marketing to develop sales enablement tools, value story proof points, and prepare materials to promote product features, vision and strategy by leveraging various communications channelsIn addition, you will continuously examine pipeline and win/loss data in salesforce, understand program utilization and digital features to deliver market-leading products and drive growthCritical to your success will be that you demonstrate exceptional understanding of the portfolio strategy, market needs, integration points with other uhg products and value proposition as you partner with stakeholders to enable successful development and delivery of commercialized solution communicationsYou will also be expected to set goals and monitor metrics to report platform growth performance at quarterly business reviews (qbrs)This role reports to the platform product strategy and operations vp.

Required qualifications:
8+ years in healthcare, employer benefits and/or health insurance experience
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated understanding of methods to gather market insights and analyze competitive landscape through partnership with market research and/or direct participation in key activities
Ability to present the product story effectively and concisely through powerpoint and other channels
Highly proficient in the use of microsoft suite (word, excel, powerpoint, and outlook)

Marketing and communications experience in a client facing role
