Overview: senior product manager

You are a thought partner and a leader… you will be working with a talented group of business leaders and engineers to articulate and deliver a roadmap in support of our business strategy.
You are comfortable navigating through ambiguous problem spaces in pursuit of clarity and concrete outcomes.
Business owners love to work with you because you have strong business acumen and demonstrate product and thought leadership as you develop strategies and roadmapsYou understand how to break apart something very complex into logical, understandable, and sequenced parts of a roadmap and gain buy-in as needed.
Engineers love to work with you because you are curious, listen, and are technical enough to speak their language; you understand how to design requirements that solve the business need while balancing the complexity of the technical solution.
Qualifications: preferred/nice-to-have skills/experience
Working knowledge of standard lending processes & procedures is preferred.
Experience in the loan origination and loan servicing process is a plus.
Experience with driving a multi-channel/omni-channel strategy to delight customers (sms, chat, social, telephony) is strongly preferred.
Experience with cloud communications platforms (e.gTwilio, syniverse, sendgrid) and growth marketing platforms (e.gIterable) is a plus.

7+ years of product management experience in high-growth environments
Experience with cloud based contact center solutions (e.g five9, amazon connect, twilio flex).
Experience with localization and internationalization to support a world-wide workforce and multi-cultured end-user base.
Understanding of modern architecture design principles and technologies, covering all layers of the development and infrastructure stack in order to work with developers on the design and build of features.
Analytical mindset that enjoys dissecting issues and finding root causes.
Ability to partner with developers to resolve technical issues and act as a resource to developers for high alert incident resolution.
Bachelor`s degree or equivalent experience.
