Onspring is hiring a sales operations specialist who will help keep our growing sales team on trackThis role requires a unique blend of sales enablement, streamlined process, and cross-functional team alignmentThey need the ability to work independently and set priorities that will help onspring’s sales team achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities include:
Help to manage the rfp process for the sales department utilizing rfpio (formerly rfp360)
Create and maintain sales proposal and quote templates
Act as system administrator or have sales ownership of systems and tools such as our crm, hubspot, zoominfo, rfpio, linkedin sales navigator, thnks, etc.
Coordinate support, integration, and changes for key business systems to support revenue goals and sales process
Work with vp, enterprise sales and vp, commercial sales to plan sales objectives, goals and kpis
Assist in sales planning including territory planning, quotas, compensation plans and headcount
Work closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement
Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
Maintain price lists, internal pricing guides and channel partner pricing guides
Help with creation and maintenance of target account lists and outbound prospecting lists used by sales and marketing
Assist sales management with review of opportunities and quotes to ensure consistency of booked orders
Provide regular analysis of sales opportunities, kpis, and individual sales performance to identify greater efficiencies
Help with monthly commission reporting and spiff tracking
Work with leaders across sales, sales engineering, solutions and marketing to ensure alignment needed to achieve our revenue goals

Ideal experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or a related field
Previous sales operations or deal desk experience required
Deep understanding of rfps and experience working with rfpio, rfp360 or similar tool
Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
Experience working with senior management to ceo level and cultivating positive working relationships within the sales department
Comfortable partnering and engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible support for the sales teams & deal cycles
