The integration specialist is responsible for designing, developing and supporting integrations and reports between third party applications using custom code, sql and industry standard apisWill work collaboratively with clinical, technical and administrative staff and vendors to solve various technical challenges as you work to integrate various clinical and technical systemsCandidate must also have a strong working knowledge of the core workforce management concepts within a call centerThese concepts include forecasting, scheduling and intraday management using the on premise genesys call center platform.
Bachelor`s degree (required)
Minimum two to four years of previous related experienceBachelor’s degree requiredKnowledge and experience with modern programing languages (c#, java, etc), sql, visual studio and excel.
