As a member of our sales team, you will be joining a group of ambitious problem-solvers looking to use their talents to grow our collision customer-base, while also growing their skillsets, experience, networks, and bank accountsThe position consists of primarily inside sales, however there will be occasions for travel for both internal and external meetingsIn addition to a base salary, you will enjoy uncapped commissions with accelerators for overachievement.
The account executive creates, identifies and closes sales within a specific geographical regionWe are looking for team players that are hungry, nimble and intelligent, with the ability and desire to create and close a mix of business across multiple solutionsIn this key growth position, you will be responsible for delivering on revenue and attaining monthly sales goals that further solidify oec as a major player within collision repair; an area in which we are highly acquisitive and frequently adding new solutions and services to be sold by you and your teammates.

We need experienced sales professionals to fill account executive positions, and will consider individuals that are changing careers and those that are early in career for associate account executive positions
You will
Drive all aspects of the sales cycle from prospect identification to closure, including qualification, deal development, quotations, and contracting.
Call, email, and/or visit repair facilities and utilize a transactional approach to sell products and services that attain or exceed 100% of assigned revenue targets.
Maintain a high level of customer activity with a tenacious spirit.
Work closely with customer success and consulting teams to identify new business opportunities
Understand the customer base and seek opportunities to sell product upgrades and/or add-on opportunities through phone and field sales.
Receive incoming requests for sales information from customers and prospects, respond to questions, and suggest oec solutions that could result in additional product, service, or upgrade sales.
Create standard reporting for assigned territory and product(s), and forward to management with information on the selling environment relating to competition, marketing, and pricing.
Document all customer interactions, including visits, phone calls, emails, and proposals within crmMaintain customer records and updates changes to ensure accuracy.
Experienced account executive candidates
Minimum of two years’ experience in a business-to-business sales role with demonstrated ability to produce quantifiable results through outbound efforts
Proven track record of building and maintaining effective customer relationships and territory management
Results-oriented with the ability to achieve and strive to exceed individual and department sales goals
Strong organizational abilities and prior experience utilizing a computerized customer database
Works well under pressure while meeting deadlines
Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to listen, persuade and influence others
Able to learn complex company products and utilize a computerized customer database effectively
Desirable:
Automotive industry or software sales experience
