In this role you will:
Develop a deep and nuanced understanding of our customers` needs and pain points throughout their health journey
Collaborate closely with product managers and ux researchers to discover new ideas and shape product strategy
Leverage user research insights and data analytics to inform your design decisions
Work independently, owning each phase of the product design process with little oversight
Prototype product design solutions and iterate continuously, testing your designs with our users and incorporating feedback
Present design ideas regularly and use your facilitation skills to engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a remote environment
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our engineering team to bring your product designs to life
Identify and design enhancements to our design library
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional remote environment to build world-class user-centric products
Help develop and establish a team culture and design processes
Build world-class user-centric products
To thrive in this role you will need:
Bachelor`s degree in a relevant field
5+ years of product design experience
A portfolio of case studies highlighting your past work across web and mobile applications, that showcases your design process and reflects your strengths in both ux and visual design
Demonstrated mastery in ui/ux principles and best practices
Expert skills in figma and other common design & prototyping toolsBonus points for interaction design skills
Demonstrated experience translating user insights into high-impact product design decisions
Self-direction: you can take a large, ambiguous problem, set a course, and execute against identified deliverables with little oversight
A natural inclination to take the lead: you can easily mobilize people and resources towards defined objectives, and guide the design process throughout the project
Outcome focus: you`re motivated by the quality of your craft, but also the outcomes delivered.
Growth mindset: you love learning and growing beyond your comfort zone.
Meticulous attention to detail, high-quality design craft
Prior experience with design systemsYou love design systems and are comfortable working within them.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Genuine interest in health and wellness
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in a product design leadership role where you managed other designers through the full design process, from idea through launch (or a strong motivation to grow into a lead position)
Prior experience working on a health & wellness product
Experience designing data-driven products
Experience planning and conducting user research
Experience facilitating design workshops
Experience working for a startup in a cross-functional remote environment
