Overview
Nuphoriq is looking for a senior web designer who loves to bring brands to life.
We build aspirational websites and software for small businesses who want to be market leadersAs our senior web designer your job is to quickly understand a brand and design a future-forward website that embodies what the brand could be.

We strive to be a good client for youWe work with many freelancers (usually for years and years) and consistently hear that we’re easy to work with… you’ll see when we talk! our small team is mostly-remote with an office in the chicago area.

You love to design brands and websites from scratch—with minimal direction
You want steady, regular work (10–20 hours/week)
You want control over your schedule, location and creative process
You’re not in the mood to talk to clients… (you’re welcome to but it’s not required)
You’re interested to experiment with product/software design in addition to websites
We’d love to talk with you, if:
You have 5+ years of professional web design experience
You`re comfortable to design both from a blank slate and within existing work
You’re able to conceptualize and executive web designs based on written goals
You understand how seo and cro influence web design
You can create and document design systems that result in efficient code
You can share a portfolio of 5+ recent websites where you were the lead designer
Benefits:
$50–80/hr depending on experience
At the start, we’re looking for contract work (10–20 hours/week), with optional potential for a full-time position in the futureFull time positions enjoy a full range of health and financial benefits.
Fully remote anywhere in the world, though english is required and you should be able to meet weekly during usa hours.
