About the role
Responsible for promoting novia’s products and services to financial advisers to driving new business sales
And achieve sales targets in scotland and northern ireland.
The key point of contact with the adviser firm, organising visits, presenting, answering queries and
Negotiating financials.
Key responsibilities:
/ pursue and secure high-quality tier 2 client opportunities
/ lead pitch process and negotiate commercial terms within agreed pricing boundaries
/ oversee sales and onboarding process, input to platform onboarding experience
/ develop in-depth understanding of client business models
/ produce account business plan
/ work in collaboration with relationship managers
/ achieve new business targets.
/ listening to adviser requirements and presenting and influencing appropriately to make a sale.
/ negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
/ challenge any objections with a view to getting the adviser to buy.
/ maintain and develop relationships with existing advisers in person and via telephone calls and
Emails.
/ gather market and customer information.
/ advise on forthcoming product developments.
/ review own sales performance against goals agreed with line manager.
/ gain a clear understanding of advisers` businesses and requirements.
/ attend team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
/ work with the operational teams to ensure ongoing support is provided to advisers.
/ liaise with the marketing team to produce timely and accurate sales information; ensuring
Material is fully compliant.
/ responsible for production of mi reports as appropriate, for review with sales director/head of
Sales.
/ maintenance of the company crm system.
/ to constantly maintain the principles of treating customers fairly (‘tcf’) in all transactions and
Interactions with customers.
/ constantly challenge existing practices and processes and suggest improvements.
/ achieve and actively maintain skills and knowledge to adhere to training and competency
Standards.
/ ensure that the risk management process is promoted, supported, managed and implemented
Effectively in accountable business areaLiaise with the risk team to identify and manage risk
EffectivelyDisseminate relevant information to the risk team and other business areas ensuring
Any actions are completed to agreed timescales.
/ identify potential or significant relationship issues and provide the correct level of support,
Ensuring that remedial action plans are put in place to resolve.
/ actively support and participate across the sales team to achieve team objectives.
/ raise and own escalations to satisfactory completion, report on any trends and identify training,
System or process gaps.
/ build and maintain internal networks and relationships across the company

Specialist skills, qualifications and experience:
Essential:
Experience in b2b sales in the wrap platform market
Good product knowledge, including market & competitor knowledge
Proven track record in seeking out and developing new business opportunities
Technically savvy with a range of information technology experience such as salesforce, webinars
A passion for delivering excellent customer service
Desirable:
A financial services qualification
