Summary of the position:
We are seeking a highly motivated full-time analyst with experience in data and project management or vaccine development and alliance management who would like the opportunity to thrive, learn, and grow in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
Location is flexible.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Co-create tools with internal stakeholders (i.e., commercial and finance) to align with quarterly planning and performance of alliance partners.
Understand and support sap integration and reporting for functional information and data tracking.
Develop and regularly update performance dashboards for internal stakeholders.
Compile analytical and statistical reports as needed.
Identify data trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Manage business and legal collaborator-specific information requests and issues raised, by resolving or escalating appropriately.
Coordinate, track, and organize alliance-business-related documents, processes, and enable distribution as appropriate to internal stakeholders and alliance partners.
Support internal governance across the various functional teams across the organization.
Coordinate meetings with internal stakeholders to discuss status and performance of the financial, supply, and contractual obligations of alliance partners.
Proactively track, monitor, and communicate issues, actions, and decisions within all partner meetings.
Manage internal and program document repositories & shared drives.
Effectively troubleshoot and research problems to identify solutions for sa as well as internal cross-functional teams.
Identify areas of risks and support mitigation strategies and communications.

Education & experience
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in life sciences, business development field
2+ years of alliance management, business operation or data analytics experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry required
Strong analytical and decision-making ability, ability to synthesize complex and diverse inputs to a program, and recommended solutions/preferred options
Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and multitask
Knowledge and interpretation of contractual languageExperience working on and understanding contractual agreements that govern alliances and/or formal documents
Financial reporting and sap experience
