Plan, develop and implement web-based applications to support business requirements.
Research, track, and understand new web technologies as needed.
Work closely with business partners and cross-functional teams to solve business needs
Follow approved life cycle methodologies
Engage with other developers’ code and insights by giving and receiving code reviews
Be part of technical planning sessions to identify and document pros/cons of different approaches
Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
Test your code (e.g., writing functional and unit tests)
Required skills:
2+ years of frontend development in aem 6.3 or higher
Mastery of web standards and user-centered design principles.
Strong understanding and 5+ years of experience working front end technologies like html5, css3, ajax, javascript, webpack, responsive web development
Extensive knowledge of both dynamic and static html coding
Familiar with web debugging and unit testing tools.
Familiar with version control concepts and workflow / git
Comfortable with standards compliance and handling cross-browser compatibility issues
Effectively demonstrate creative and process skills as they relate to interface design.
Exceptionally self-motivated, with solid interpersonal skills, and a good communicator.
Quick learner and ability to adapt quickly to any new software development technologies.
Extremely detail-oriented, committed to excellence, and take pride in the code you write.
Excellent problem-solving skills, willingness to take ownership and risks, and enthusiasm in the face of technical challenges.
Bachelor`s degree in computer science or related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience or master`s degree in computer science or related field with minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Optional skills:
Experience with e-commerce websites.
Knowledge or experience with any of the following: accessibility, page performance, tag management, frontend architecture,
Knowledge or experience with angular, node, react, pwas, or similar technologies
Knowledge of backend programming technologies like java, python, php, etc.
