Provide assessment, evaluation and direct treatment to patients (individual, couples, and group).
Provide culturally competent support services for patients depending on individual needs, preferences and presenting concerns.
Provide consultation and collaboration to primary care staff to deliver comprehensive care.
Participate in supervision and team and staff meetings, as appropriate.
Meet documentation standards, as required by the health center.
Other duties as assigned.

Master’s degree in counseling, social work or related field
Candidates must be licensed in the state of massachusetts (ph.d/psy.d, licsw, lcsw, lmhc)
Comfort working with medical and other referring providers
Past use of electronic health record(ehr) is a plus
Experience or understanding of underserved populations is a plus
Bilingual preferred (spanish, portuguese)
