Enterprise business development representative
Neurotrack develops digital cognitive health solutions that enable people to assess, monitor and strengthen their brain health to reduce the risk of alzheimer`s and other dementiasWe partner with health plans and healthcare providers to bring quality cognitive assessments and care to anyone, anywhereOur solutions are built on a digital platform, enabling convenient and remote cognitive testing from the privacy of homeNeurotrack’s approach is focused on preserving and strengthening cognitive health now as opposed to managing its decline laterOur hq is in silicon valley, california, but this role is open to remote applicants in the us.
Neurotrack is looking for a self-driven, result-oriented, and passionate business development representative to join our growing sales team on a mission to help tackle alzheimer’sIn this role, you are the front line to the sales team by actively prospecting, performing cold outreach into defined segments, updating and tracking contacts and activities, and providing leads/opportunities to the sales teamYou turn the outreach into meetings for the team.
Key responsibilities:
Identify new opportunities for the sales team through targeted outbound cold calling/emailing and prospecting
Work in partnership with sales executives to build and maintain a large pipeline of qualified sales opportunities to support revenue targets and quota
Communicate with prospects that show an interest in neurotrack’s offering
Know, understand, and present relevant qualitative and quantitative points clearly and succinctly create a value story and proposition
Educate prospects and partners on how our products and offerings can fulfill their current and future needs
Report on the success of marketing campaigns and provide the `what worked and what did not work` feedback
Test and adjust the message and positioning appropriately based on success of outreach and feedback
Communicate new opportunities gathered through prospect activity to the rest of the team
Be a team player; share your knowledge and successes
Key requirements:
A minimum of 2 years proven success in digital health, health tech, or saas space using inbound and outbound prospecting as your primary success tools in an enterprise b2b sales environment
History of over-achieving quota
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Your most important asset is your ability to be personable but persuasive and to communicate convincingly over the phone
Skilled at overcoming objections
Proven successful history of being able to `get` to the right people
Excellent problem solving skills
