National veterinary associates (nva) is seeking a project manager of enterprise applications to lead and drive multiple enterprise application projects and coordinate deliverables related to the overall enterprise apps portfolio of projectsThis role will be responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise applications products as well as the selection and development of enabling technologies.
In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with technology leaders, 3rd party vendors, and internal and external stakeholders on the execution and delivery of the enterprise applications roadmapYou will be accountable for the day-to-day technical and programmatic leadership throughout a project's lifecycle from conception through development and implementation.

We are looking for prior experience managing and implementing systems around:
Hr info systems Payroll, time and attendance Customer relationship management (salesforce) Finance systems (gl/ap/ar/fa) Reporting/business intelligence Intranet & collaboration tools (ms teams/sharepoint/slack/others)
Work across nva enterprise applications to establish and execute project management tools and principles Work closely with stakeholder and the enterprise apps team to drive complex projects from concept to launch, and articulating processes to help the team succeed and mitigate risks Coordinate with internal and external teams to develop project plans, goals, and milestones Utilize smartsheet control center to track milestones, progress, dependencies, and issues closely while communicating effectively to leadership and stakeholders Facilitate working sessions to ensuring requirements are captured accurately and completely Help teams get to the project finish line collaboratively Lead multiple projects simultaneously effectively managing prioritization of time, resource, and scope Act as a project management coach, working with team members and stakeholders to help them utilize agile methods and ways of working Foster an environment of open communication with all stakeholders Promote and monitor compliance activities with audit and information policies Additional ad-hoc communications projects as needed
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or other related discipline 5 years + proven working experience and knowledge managing enterprise applications projects with examples of successful implementation Strong technology background (requirements, development, application management, infrastructure, operations) Familiarity with service now, adp hris, benefits administration & intranet platforms Pragmatic, personable with very clear and efficient communication style and client interaction skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Strong working knowledge of smartsheet control center, ms project, jira, and other ppm tools Effective vendor/contract management experience balancing multiple vendors and internal resources across work streams simultaneously Knowledgeable in agile and waterfall project management methodologies
Retail/hospital/enterprise systems experience Pmp, agile, itil certifications a plus but not required
