What you’ll do:
- Generate new business opportunities for Account Executives by qualifying leads through inbound lead funnel and outbound prospecting
- Be the first impression between Namely and our prospects
- Work closely with Account Executives to secure meetings with qualified leads
- Be a Namely advocate and successfully articulate our value proposition to anyone who asks (or doesn’t ask)
- Manage and track your pipeline using our CRM tools and tech stack
- Grow Namely’s business through hard work and passion
- Best-in-class phone & interpersonal skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Passionate about learning new things
- 1-3 years sales experience
- Willing to learn and grow in a startup environment
Nice- to- Haves:
- BS/BA degree or 1+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in SaaS B2B sales
- Experience using CRMs and other sales enablement tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, etc.)
For employees in New York and Colorado, this position has a salary range of $50,000-$55,000 per annum. This information is provided per the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Base pay information is based on the market location.
