Remote driving janitor position provides a variety of laundry attending,
Cleaning services and other related duties required to keep remote industrial
Housing facilities, food service areas, office facilities, or similar areas in

Essential duties and responsibilities
For supervising a janitor helper to ensure safety compliance and all daily
Tasks are completed.
For ensuring all daily cleaning logs are accurate and up to date.
For logging daily supplies used and resetting par levels for inventory
For completing daily driver checklists and immediately reporting any safety
And/or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
Vacuums, mops, or restocks hallways, stairways, offices, food preparation or
Break areas, kitchen areas or equipment, laundry rooms, clinics, living areas,
Work areas, off-site areas, common areas, restrooms, public areas, or other
Mops, scrubs, strips, extract, waxes, buff, vacuums, etcAll types of floors
Both low and high areasWipes down or cleans various surfaces
Appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions for all tasks
And properly disposes of discarded materials
And transports trash to the appropriate disposal areas

Have at least three (3) years’ experience driving in winter/arctic weather

Least one (1) year experience in commercial housekeeping.
Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record for the past three (3)
Years to be eligible under nms’ vehicle insurance policy.
