The sales associate role would be part of nepc’s business development and marketing functionThe sales associate’s primary responsibilities are to support business development activities as directed by the director of business development and director of consulting services.
Specific responsibilities include:
Ensure colleagues involved in new business prospect pursuits adopt and follow nepc’s disciplined sales process designed to identify, source and partner with new clients
Assist with specific prospect pursuits including coordination of adopted processes and meetings
Maintain and manage crm for business development’s activities including leveraging technology to enhance relationships with prospects and current clients
Assist with sales campaigns including helping with the identification and outreach to prospective clients and execution of action steps
Continuously partner with other members of the marketing and rfp team and pursuit teams for business development activities including coordination of responses for rfps and final presentations
Proactively support ongoing maintenance, management and communication with 3rd party search consultants
Facilitate, document and track feedback from prospects through win and loss opportunity interviews
Help with other administrative needs of the business development function
Bachelor’s or associate’s degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and organized with strong inter-personal skills
Ability to multi-task and operate in a multifaceted organization
Willing to work and foster a strong team environment
Very proficient in microsoft office suite, including microsoft dynamics (crm)
