Responsibilities: the vp empower management will manage cross-functional groups across nci organization to focus on establishing and building a streamlined empower platform organizationThis management position will serve as a champion for nci’s go-to-market strategy for the empower platform and will leverage agile management practices to ensure that nci executives and supporting organizations are on-track to achieve organizational and empower growth goals.
Work with vp empower strategy to establish process changes that foster innovation and business agility
In alignment with empower strategy, build actionable plans, and track progress towards these plans to meet quarterly and annual organizational changes and growth targets.
Design and implement agile operational methods for product, marketing, distribution, and performance functions.
Provide cross-functional management on issues related to empower product, marketing, distribution, and performance strategy
In accordance with these agile methods, remove organizational impediments, process inefficiencies and waste.
Coordinate with nci leadership to foster cultural change from an it services to an ai as a service company.
Manage the product development through delivery lifecycle for a wide range of technology mediums and clients.
Support and manage go-to-market strategy for nci’s empower platform
Break down complex problems into actionable steps for the cross functional team, track progress towards those actions in an agile manner.
Establish feedback processes for end customer, sales teams, and marketing teams to continuously improve nci’s empower platform.
Lead the establishment of the operational functions and processes required to implement and maintain empower platform deploymentsThis includes standing up a customer success organization, and establishing the empower service desk.
As new customers are established, and empower platform sales are generated, the vp empower management will serve to as the lead for customer success across all empower platform implementations.
Responsible for scaling empower strategy, driving empower strategy, setting priorities, expanding capability, growing a world-class team, while delivering on ambitious initiative and number-driven goals
Work with nci’s vp empower strategy to set nci’s long-term empower roadmap and guide the company’s trajectory to new inflection points by creating exciting empower initiatives that drive results
Work with the executive, empower, marketing, sales, and performance organizations, and other key teams across the company to set and execute the roadmap for nci’s short- and long-term empower management plans
Determine key performance indicators and build tracking processes for all parts of the empower strategy, work with vp empower strategy and other key stakeholders to ensure the team is organized, trained, and equipped to execute on the go-to-market strategy
Track progress, assess risks, coordinate delivery, and actively communicate contingency and mitigation plans for the team
As empower platform is sold, optimize customer success by ensuring the team is maximizing the impact of all empower implementations by maintaining organized shaipe database to track the status and return on investment (roi) of each implementation.
Qualifications: position requirements:
Experience managing cross functional teams
Strong written, and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills to motivate superiors and subordinates towards a common corporate goal
Software and product development expertise is a plus
Agile management and cultural transformation expertise is a plus.
Education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in related field
15 or more years of experience in related field of increasing responsibility
