Position overview:
Part time (10-20 hours per week)The marketing graphic designer will own the overall design of our digtal assets used in our b2b marketing campaigns across all digital channels and eventsThis role requires a strong creative ability, with an eye for awesome design with an understanding of how assets are created to drive engagement while capturing attention in the right wayTo be successful in this role, you will need a high degree of ownership with a self-starter attitudeYou will need to be an expert in how content is consumed by our target audience (buyers + users), the channels the content will be viewed on (e.gLinkedin/social media/website), and how to create digital assets that drive engagement.
Responsibilities of position:
Drive the creation and maintenance of compelling marketing and digital assets (presentations, infographics, white papers, web banners…etc)
Act as an expert in the brand creative space to help improve existing team resources/output to ensure best practices and a consistent brand voice and tone
Inspire customers through new and innovative techniques
Create multi-channel assets specific to strategic campaigns across social platforms
Continually evaluate where improvements can be made in content strategy and develop innovative and creative content solutions
Experience and education requirements:
5+ years of experience creating, designing, and delivering marketing assets
Expert experience with adobe suite (adobe illustrator & photoshop)
Strong self-starter with ability to execute consistently, sometimes with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (english)
Demonstrated experience and comfort working through change and a changing work environment
Bachelors degree or work experience equivalent
