Accomplishes sales training human resource objectives by recruiting , training , assigning , coaching , counseling motivating and disciplining employees ; communicating job expectations ; planning , monitoring , appraising , and reviewing job contributions & compensation actions ; enforcing policies and procedures Continuously develop personal leadership , hiring , and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives Achieve company objectives through effective planning , setting sales goals , analyzing performance data , and projecting future performance .
