Full job description
As an aws business development representative, you will report to the manager, aws business development representativesYou will work on a team of business development representatives to drive business development at mission and help prospects and clients harness the power of the cloud.
This position is 100% remote with up to 20% travel.
Identify lead opportunities through cold calling and prospecting
Communicate compelling value propositions around mission services to potential customers
Understand customer pain points and requirements and how mission services can address those needs
Follow up on leads and search for additional revenue opportunities
Attain daily metrics, including number of outbound calls, contacts made, and lead qualification
Capture, track, and advance qualified leads in salesforce.com
Hand off opportunities to appropriate sales resources and set up calls with customers and broader sales team
1+ years experience in it sales
Record of success in an outbound sales or prospecting role in b2b environments, in a solution-sales / technology-related environment
Experience managing customer relationships
Experience with salesforce
Aws cloud practitioner certification (required within first 30 days of employment)
