Your role:
We are offering a great opportunity within our electronics organization!
As a member of the process engineering group, you will be in charge of our smart manufacturing activities in semiconductor materials engineeringYou will work on the development of innovative technologies and ensure that these technologies are implemented in our investment programYou will manage these activities with other teams in the electronics sector (r&d, process development, and the technical operations teams) and at the group levelThe successful implementation of smart manufacturing technologies will help the business to be a reliable partner for our customers in the semiconductor industry.
This role can be located in carlsbad, ca; tempe, az; allentown, pa or be fully remote with periodic travel to meet with key partners.
Who you are:
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelors in chemical or mechanical engineering, process chemistry, or related fields
8+ years relevant experience
Experience in process development, process design and/or operations in the process industry, preferred in for fine chemicals and/or semiconductor materials
Preferred qualifications:
Msc or phd in chemical or mechanical engineering, process chemistry, or related fields
5+ years relevant experience
Curious and innovative approach
Track record in organizational change
Experience in communicating across hierarchies and in matrix organizations
Fluency in english, german is a plus
