Melissa data is seeking an experienced software developer to attach to our seattle area engineering teamThe successful candidate will work with a team of experienced engineers to develop and maintain a variety of software projects related to our data parsing, categorizing, and matching systemsPrimary focus will be on adding features, improving performance, and increasing the sophistication of the data matching algorithms used.
Position is open to full time remote candidates residing in the us (details below)On-site work option is available for those who prefer to work in office.
Requirements for this position include:
Bs in computer science, software engineering, closely related field, or relevant job experience
2+ years of experience in software development
1+ years writing back end or server-side systems
1+ years writing software in c++ or c
Proven ability to exercise technical judgment to set work priorities
Proven ability to make consistent progress on problems with moderate levels of ambiguity
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Top notch interpersonal skills
