Medicom is looking for a business development representative that is extremely energetic, hardworking, and dedicated to develop and expand our networkThe individual will be responsible for engaging and qualifying inbound leads, serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, as well as educate customers on new products and featuresThis requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as support, development, and distributorsMedicom is looking for an individual that is interested in developing from a business development representative into an account executive role within their first year.
Contact existing and potential clients through cold calls and emails.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Report to the customer success director on a weekly basis to discuss strategy and progress.
Drive sales growth and manage a high volume of leads.
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
Bachelors in a related field.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
1-3 years of outbound sales experience in the technology or healthcare field.
Strong desire to be in technology sales.
