General: responsible for overseeing the centralized sleep intake teamCore responsibility is to assist the teams achieve their goals and help them effectively and efficiently enroll and schedule new sleep referralsResponsibilities and duties:
Work with team to create and track measurable kpi’s
Monitors and manages phone etiquette and expectations through quality assurance initiatives
Works closely with other revenue cycle stakeholders to ensure processes are producing clean claims and limited rework
Works closely with branch operations representatives for the markets centrally managed to ensure adequate local support, rt availability, etc.
Work closely with business development and team to ensure appropriate support to customers and referral sources
Evaluates staffing needs to fulfill service level expectations that the business development team has committed to.
Conducts monthly one on one’s
Conducts monthly department meetings.
Monitors and provides timely feedback to all team members on department objectives as well as corporate objectives
Monitors order error rates to ensure acceptable level of quality is maintained
Monitors and measures phone volume, wait time and other key metrics
Provide feedback, support and coaching to team members
Allocate department personnel job responsibilities in conjunction with business demand and individual team members strengths
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: education: undergraduate degree, business administration preferredExperience/knowledge/skills/physical requirements:
Minimum of one (1) year of supervisor/management experience.
Experience in healthcare related field preferred
Proven experience in call center management
Experience in managing and directing a team
Proven experience in team leadership and development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skills in organization and planning
