In this role, you will…
Drive sales production via phone, email and strategic marketing campaigns.
Qualify new business leads by verifying account demographics, membership affiliations and contact information.
Conduct outbound cold-calls to viable leads, documenting results in medpro’s customer relationship management system.
We are looking for candidates with…
Ba/bs degree or equivalent professional credentials.
Minimum of 3 years of medical malpractice insurance sales experience.
Exceptional sales skills via phone and written communications.
Strong analytical, decision making skills.
Self-starter mentality with excellent written/oral communication, organizational and sales/negotiation skills.
Positive and resilient personality to handle rejection well, while staying motivated and motivating the team to win business.
Strong computer skills (excel, powerpoint, word, outlook).
Excellent listening, interpersonal/teamwork and relationship management skills.
An active p&c license
Ability to travel, attend sales events, and make in-person customer presentations (less than 5%).
