About the Role:
Matterport is seeking an experienced VP, EMEA Regional Marketing who will be responsible for driving regional marketing and growth initiatives to scale our success and achieve business objectives across EMEA. You will be responsible for spearheading campaigns and programs that drive revenue, user acquisition, partnerships, and regional awareness. We are looking for someone who is analytical yet creative, and has an impressive track record of running successful programs to scale regional growth.
At the heart of the role is a strong bias for action and experimentation, working closely with our EMEA GM to drive profitable sales growth across the region. You will also work with regional leads and our global marketing, product, and go-to-market teams. You will need to understand the nuances of regional buying behaviors and audiences to unlock new opportunities for growth.
The successful candidate is someone who works with senior executives with confidence, collaborates effectively within matrixed teams, and knows how to drive results. We are looking for someone with international and regional experience in high growth enterprise SaaS companies, that can fuel our global expansion.
As part of a high-performing team, he or she will be an expert in agile, fast-paced, and cross-functional collaboration to create joint GTM strategies across marketing, product, sales, and customer success. The successful candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, with experience in leading from the front to drive growth and change.
Strong, inspirational leadership and communications skills is also a must for success, as the successful candidate will be leading a growing team that’s spread across multiple countries and regions.
