Meet your team
The Sales team works collaboratively with the regions’ Managing Director and Regional Commercial Director to achieve regional and country growth.
Your role at Mambu:
You will lead the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales whilst expanding existing accounts
You will manage complete and complex sales-cycles end to end. Presenting the Mambu proposition to various stakeholders including C-level key decision makers and utilising resources across Mambu’s matrix organisation
You will drive Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence together with the wider sales team
You will engage with prospect organisations to position Mambu solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data
You will create proposals and assist with RFP responses, coordinate deal negotiation and on-site visits to close deals and hand-over projects to the onboarding team
You will deliver a data driven growth & retention strategy for portfolio of prospects and accounts
You will build and maintain an in-market network of key prospects, customers and influencers
What you’re bringing to the table:
You have experience in technology or software sales (ideally SaaS) with experience selling to various levels including C-suite and, where necessary, the board
You’re an excellent communicator in English and Spanish or Portuguese
You have the ability to influence and leverage the Commercial matrix teams supporting their market
You have demonstrable track record of consistent attainment, or over achievement, of quota and revenue goals
You have consultative sales skills and ability to construct and articulate strong business case and ROI, strategic account planning and execution skills
You have excellent operational/analytical skills - reporting, forecasting, data analysis skills; operations management experience
You have ability to present technical concepts in a clear manner to customers, technology and sales teams
You are a self-starter that can thrive in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment, whilst motivating and inspiring others
