About the role: madison logic is seeking a vp, strategic operations in our us office to oversee the on-boarding and support of client-specific account-based marketing campaigns in lead generation and display mediaThis role directly influences our ability to deliver the best roi to our b2b clients by not only creating and managing processes and tools, but also by providing leadership and guidance to our growing team.
What you’ll do:
Oversee client facing operations functions across the us team
Work closely with the team managers and svp, client success & campaign ops to define the processes, goals, and tasks of the aforementioned teams.
Work closely with the srManager of campaign operations to ensure effective optimization and delivery adjustments to improve campaign performance.
Partner with partner operations lead for weekly wrap reporting to slt.
In partnership with the svp, ops, establish key performance indicators (kpis) to measure the productivity of customer success and operations teamsDefine reporting periods, formats, and levels of analytics.
Own department okrs and all reporting needs for svp+ as they relate to monthly and annual revenue.
Work behind the scenes to provide guidance, solve problems, mediate disputes, and proactively manage issues before they require escalation.
Lead project management efforts for new efficiency related projects.
Build and execute training for client facing staff on engaging with clients.
Own onboarding and off boarding of staff.
Proactively implement issue-prevention processesSupport escalations and minimize errors ratesInfluence and reach amicable and successful solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
Define clear quality control (qc) processes from setup to onboarding through effective prioritization, scheduling and proactive provisioning of data, findings, observations, and actionable items.
Confidently lead, motivate and influence the team in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
About you | basic requirements:
10+ years of experience in account management or client services in an adtech or martech environment.
5+ years’ experience managing and mentoring teams

Persuasive verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex issues with precision and effectiveness across all levels and functions
Strong analytical and financial skills anchored by natural, common sense thinking
Exceptional multi-tasking and prioritization skills
Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
High eq and collaborative attitude
Expected compensation (dependent upon experience & location) base salary: $170,000 - $195,000 /year additional discretionary earnings target: $15,000 - $20,000 /year
