We’re searching for a construction project manager with 3+ years of experience, great attention to detail, and excellent people skillsYou will oversee the construction process as a key player in creating and executing spaces that elevate our client`s homeYou will collaborate with made’s build partners as well as our internal architecture, design, procurement, account management, and construction teams to ensure projects are on track in terms of budget, timeline, and customer satisfaction.this is a remote opportunity to manage bathroom renovations in the bay area, los angeles, and seattle.
Own the customer’s project during the 1-2 month construction phase acting as the primary point of contact with the general contractor and partnering closely with account management to keep customers updated on their renovation progress
Responsible for aligning on project schedule with gc, and tracking progress to ensure project remains on-time
Coordinate construction logistics and sharing of key information between made`s internal teams and general contractors
Reviews all change orders to ensure work & cost is aligned with made’s expectations and partners with gc to solution around unforeseen conditions
Contribute to the development of an internal knowledge-base to address issues and customer concerns
Collaborate with the sales, design, architecture, procurement, warehouse, and construction teams to improve workflows
Brainstorm the development of internal processes and tools to assist in successful project delivery
Communicate effectively with contractors to facilitate timely and clear updates to clients
Implement process during the construction phase to ensure each project is on-track and the client is proactively communicated with
3+ years of project management experience in a customer facing, heavy operations role
Experience in construction and/or interiors, and an ability to `talk shop`
High level of comfort working with and creating project schedules (timelines, quantities, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to work fast and manage numerous complex projects
A commitment to delivering outstanding service to high end clientele
Reliable, focused, and extremely detail-oriented
Self-directed with a high level of initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to break the status quo
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced setting without ready made processes
Tech-savvy and ability to learn and adopt new tools quickly
