Proposal Writer

The successful candidate will report to the VP, Global Solutions to produce persuasive proposals to address customer opportunities by demonstrating the company's unique value propositions in a professional, consistent manner.

What you will do as a Proposal Writer:

• Create and develop company proposals for designated opportunities by coordinating content inclusion through sales, marketing, solutions, pricing and operations
• Create clear, concise and compelling content that demonstrates the companies understanding of a customer's needs and requirements
• Create graphics and visuals that capture the essence of the proposal and provide the audience with a powerful summary of the intended message
• Edit and revise proposals according to each unique opportunity, providing a fresh perspective
• Utilize existing brand content and visuals to ensure a consistent message to customer facing documents
• Meet agreed to deadlines by prioritizing responsibilities and balancing workloads
  
  

What you bring:

• Bachelor Degree, preferably in a writing or marketing curriculum
• Minimum of three years of experience with a track record of writing successful proposals
• Knowledge of the logistics industry very beneficial
• Able to coordinate projects across multiple departments - a team player
• Detail oriented and a professional work ethic

Shift / Hours: This is a remote workplace position, residing in the USA, Monday thru Friday with occasional off hours work

Pay Rate: Salaried $85,000 annual + bonus potential
