Mindbody’s it business systems team consists of business relationship management, business analysts and business systems analysts supporting over 70 centrally administered it systems for mindbody’s business departmentsThis central function enables improved compliance and standardization across critical systems.
Business analysts are business expert whose role is to perform analysis of the organization, and design processes and models with an assessment of the business model and its relationship with technologyRegular duties include determining the present state of processes, evaluating their good and bad qualities, documenting models of the processes, and facilitating neutral teams to accommodate new business process designsMindbody is seeking an experienced business analyst ii or iii specializing in go to market processes, revenue operations including marketing, sales and customer services applicationsThis is a full-time position in it business systems, which partners with internal business teams such as marketing, sales, and customer servicesYou must possess a strong knowledge of lead to cash processes, experience with crm, salesforce and associated integrations a plusIn addition, preferred experience in a high-volume environmentYou must possess a broad background in information technology, a practical understanding of how businesses work, as well excellent problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Minimum qualifications and requirements:
Bachelor’s degree requiredBusiness administration, mis or related field preferred.
2-5+ years’ experience with the lead to cash processes
2-5+ years’ experience working with salesforce or comparable crm platform including both sales cloud, service cloud, including business systems api integrations, user administration, customization and reporting.
Experience in customer services applications such as gainsight, incontact a plus
Experience in saas billing applications a plus
Experience in salesforce cpq a plus or comparable processes
Strong understanding of business units (finance, sales, etc.) and their processes.
Excellent oral and written communication/documentation skills.
Excellent understanding of it business processes
Proven track record in driving results; ability to coordinate and prioritize concurrent activities within deadline-driven climate.
Familiarity with custom api integrations & troubleshooting
Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams.
Shows tenacity in resolving technical problems and attaining business objectives.

Principal duties and responsibilities:
Manage requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation processes to capture business and end user needs.
Create end-user documentation (e.g., user guides, process flow charts, training materials) and deliver training when necessary
Partner with revenue operations stakeholders and lead effective and efficient delivery of m&a integration into finance systems
Partner with business stakeholders and product owners to manage requirements reprioritization processes throughout the delivery lifecycle
Define, set up, and execute test cases to validate that the solution meets functional and non-functional requirements
Support business case creation & assist with prioritization of needs within and across projects based on business impactFacilitate requirements gathering meetings
Engage delivery teams to communicate solution vision and priorities & communicate solution tradeoffs to business partners to frame and influence design decisions
Promote usability standards and design solutions with a high-quality, effortless ux
Use co-design and prototyping approaches to design and iterate on high-value solutions; not limited to and including actual development (coding and platform administration) of desired solutions
Support enterprise digital strategy and organizational change management
Participate in ongoing meetings to support project delivery, including team stand-ups, solution show-and-tells, and sprint planning
Participate in other delivery activities (e.g., testing, coding) as required in collaboration with other delivery team members to support solution delivery objectives
Understand the structure, policies, and operations of the organization, and recommend solutions to improve general business processes and planning
Create reports, charts, graphs and presentations to aid in proposing new strategies for successful business changes
