Essential duties and responsibilities:
Coordinate closely with hhsc systems staff to resolve issues that require expert system functional knowledge for correspondence. Perform analysis to investigate issues pertaining to correspondence. Understand of bi systems and processes. Recommend changes and validate requirements for these changes to business processes, policies, and information systems related to correspondence and materials. Track and log all tiers and es correspondence documents to ensure they have been mailed in accordance with hhsc and maximus guidelines. Provide management with updates on reporting of tiers and es correspondence issues, enhancements, and policy changes. Responsible for organizing, implementing, and reporting quality control programs associated with correspondence and image reconciliation. Need to be aware and participate in all srs and psrs effecting the creation of new letters and/or modification of existing letters. Maintain knowledge of existing programs, policies, and organizational processes associated with correspondence.
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience. May have additional training or education in area of specialization. Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope & complexity. General application of concepts & principles. Contributes to the completion of organizational projects & goals. Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards. Applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks. Communicates on complex or sensitive issues or drafts such responses for supervisor or manager.
