SENIOR EXECUTIVE - SOURCING & SUPPLY CHAIN

We are on the look out for a dynamic and an energetic individual to join the Sourcing team as a Senior Executive Sourcing & Supply Chain This role requires to ensure raw materials are organized in line with planned requirements / manage stock levels to meet customer service requirements and minimum write - offs and ensure appropriate material allocation procedures are adhered to , while also engaging existing suppliers and promoting the development of their relationship .

Key Responsibilities :

Procure Raw material in the Right quantity , color and article in order to ensure availability in accordance with the plan .

Maintain & monitor customer related Raw material progress chart updates through Service excellence with regards to provid ing quality information of proper stock holding levels , in a timely and accurate manner to team and customer as and when requested .

Participate in the supplier evaluation process , provide relevant information , data so as to identify / evaluate suppliers on per formance .

Provide anticipated information to enhance the existing relationships with the suppliers

Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role , as and when requested by management .

Follow up new supplier development calendar to ensure achieving of target dates .

Develop and maintain relationships with existing suppliers by monitoring and improving lead time , credit terms etcthat are offered to the SBU .

Ensure the overall smooth functioning of the sourcing & supply chain process in the delegated sub - area of the business ( customer- wise or technology - wise ) , by coordinating with internal teams

Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Supply Chain Management / Commerce .

3+ years of similar Experience in Apparel Industry .
