Engineer - Product Development

- Initiate the designing of the pad adhering to the following process to ensure the accuracy of then plastic shot

•  Finalize the 3D profile based on the comments given by the customer
• Guide to make plastic shots
• Select the Raw materials
• Arrange the lamination & decide the process to prepare cup.
• Provide required capacity to marketing & planning team to book capacity

Or Initiate the designing of the Screen adhering to the following process to ensure the accuracy

• Check and verify the pattern measurement given by pattern maker
• Guide to make the screen
•  Select the Raw materials
•  Arrange the Silicone type & decide the process to prepare print
•  Provide required resources to planning team to book capacity

- Provide accurate & sufficient information at the design stage in order to ensure that mould/Screens conform to the given instructions

- Discuss & clear the comments with Customer to Grade, develop and submit size sets for the development of moulds in order to ensure uniformity of style

Or

- Discuss & clear the comments with pattern maker to develop and submit size sets for the development of moulds in order to ensure uniformity of style

- Explain and submit required information to tech pack team to prepare BOM, in order to commence the production process

- Instruct the PDC operators with the details to conduct day today moulding/ Printing trials

- Ensure that required raw materials are in housed at the right time in right quantities in right quality in order to ensure timely sampling and development timelines are met

- Request to plan the required capacity based on the demand for the entire T&A in order to achieve timeline

-  Analyse and review the output of duplicating pads/ Prints and select relevant raw material

- Analyse the feasibility of new raw materials for new concepts & follow the procedure to finalize it

-  Communicate required technical information & product deviation, internally and externally to align with the customer requirement

-  Provide Solutions for technical issues at the development stage

- Provide relevant information related to the designing of the pad/print to merchant to calculate the final price of the product

-  Provide necessary information to conduct Integration, TLT & mini bulk according to the timeline & validate product by conducting required testing

-  Provide necessary solutions to issues at the pilot appraisal meetings and submit the signed off plastic shots/ positives/pads and cross sections to the quality department

-  Support to provide the required training for team members to give the required knowledge & skills to perform their duties successfully

- Cordinate & facilitate the development completion and dispatch of all development fit samples of communication and effective problem solving within the stipulated timeline

-  Analyse & review the handfeel of each submissions and ensure to meet the required customer expectation regarding pad/PS quality level (make sure QA testing requirment of the product)

- Maintain style file in real time and communicate to relavant parties in real time ·

• Update on process
