Job description:
As a sales development representative (sdr), you will have the exciting opportunity to drive lead generation and revenue growth for lumifiIn this role, you will be working with the business development team to drive new sales opportunitiesThe sdr will have a background in proven lead generation techniques and solution selling methods.
Expectations:
Hunter role within mid-market and enterprise accounts.
Make 180+ outbound calls per day
Utilize automated systems to send out 140+ emails per day
Responsible for qualifying and prospecting both inbound and outbound leads to create opportunities for the sales team
Convey the lumifi mdr value proposition to prospective clients
Develop new and innovative tactics for lead generation
Develops sales strategies, to present to management, to draw in and solicit new potential customers
Familiarizes self with target industries and stays current with industry news, trends and policies impacting or encouraging growth of cyber security
Generate new qualified meetings for the sales team with director levels and above
Perform all other duties and projects as assigned
Desired background / skillset:
Ba/bs degree in business, or a related program, or equivalent experience
Cybersecurity background preferred
Top performer in a b2b lead generation or sales role
Ability to utilize judgment in decision making process and decisions related to job tasks
Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
Solution selling experience
Excellent time management and communication skills
Positive attitude and works well with others
Desire to work in a fast-paced growth environment with potential for upward mobility

This position requires either us citizenship or a green card.
This position is primarily remote after the ramp-up period of in-person training.
