Provides administrative support related to managed services (ms) application of servicenow in domain separated deploymentProvides advanced administration services for existing customers and various ms internal departments.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Works directly with ms management, internal ms departments, service delivery team and global team to scope, plan, configure, and manage us domain instance of servicenow.
Assists with providing input, approvals, and testing on development activities presented by all regions/domains in global instance.
Informs and aware of (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during regional approvals.
Maintains knowledge of changes to system, upcoming changes and delivers communications to allow teams time to prepare and inform customers.
Maintains knowledge of most recent servicenow release and associated features.
Edits and modifies written documentation on existing and newly created servicenow features for us region.
Assists with troubleshooting technical problems related to servicenow before escalating issues to csp team.
Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization`s values.
Maintains a working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.
Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.

Equivalent combination accepted.
Associates’ degree in a related field.
Experience / technical requirements
2 years of experience in related field including:
Processes, workflows and general knowledge of configuration of osm servicenow instance.
Servicenow implementations and customizations.
Troubleshooting issues within servicenow
Proficient use of all microsoft office applications, microsoft outlook and microsoft project.
Information technology infrastructure library (itil)
Other skills and abilities
Ability to quickly learn necessary tool configuration functionality.
Ability to work successfully on a team and follow team best practices.
Self-starter with excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow through with tasks, projects, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment.
Customer interfacing communication skills, both verbal and written.
Some ability to travel.
Problem solving skills.
Maintains excellent client relationships and high client satisfaction ratings.
Ability to work alone and in groups.
