Logical media group, a 50 person digital marketing agency in chicago, is looking to add to our people team! this person will be responsible for owning talent attraction for our apprentice program and early career hires, building a diverse pipeline of talent, and supporting the people team with hr functions.
Being able to understand the necessary skills and requirements to effectively identify, recruit and hire the best-talented candidates Campus recruitment at schools with diverse populations Reviewing and screening cv's on a daily basis Conducting in-depth phone interviews Implementing and utilizing effective sourcing tools and advertising on social networks to attract highly qualified candidates. Keep candidates up-to-date and informed throughout the hiring process Work with the broader people team on continuously improving our employer brand, recruiting processes, and candidate experience. Provide innovative solutions to drive our overall hiring process and act as a strategic partner to hiring managers Foster, maintain, and drive an ever-present awareness of the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion as a component of the way logical attracts and retains talent Proactively build a robust candidate funnel and actively manage candidate pipelines Offer creative solutions by identifying new ways to source candidates and close top talent Demonstrate adaptability in all facets of your role/approach to work Strive to continuously create an exceptional candidate/ hiring manager experience
