Position summary - regional account manager
Loanlogics incIs seeking saas regional account manager to join our teamThis individual must have solid demonstrated experience in organic lead generation, cold-calling, and outbound prospectingIn this role, this person will sell current and new product offerings to potential and existing clients, as neededThe role focuses exclusively on expanding client revenue through selling and closing product offeringsThis person will work with sales team partners to drive company revenue and client expansion, working diligently to create long term relationships with financial/mortgage partners to help grow their business offeringsThis is a unique opportunity to leverage your industry knowledge and to offer unparalleled client service.
Sell product offerings as an individual contributor
Manage full sales cycle and pipeline according to company standards
Deploy solid sales strategies to land relationships
Qualify and maximize product sales to prospects
Support teammates, if needed, to sell products to existing clients
Take pride and initiative to remain current on company product offerings
Optimize interactions with new clients via face-to-face, phone, and email communications
Work with internal partners to forecast monthly/annual production
Partner with operations staff to ensure activities are completed in a timely manner
Provide world-class customer service to all customers
Represent the organization, as needed, at local, state, and national conferences
Ability to travel, as needed

5+ year(s) of experience in saas based mortgage, banking, or financial technology solutions.
Understanding of end to end solutions, verifications , risk and digital automation workflows within these areas.
Prior experience as a quota carrying sales representative.
Minimum of 3+ year(s) of relationship-based sales
3+ year of saas experience, preferably in a sales capacity
Prior experience in speaking to c-level executives and other decision makers.
Confident communication skills and professionalism over the phone
Comfortable in face-to-face sales presentations
Previous experience in a business-to-business sales model
