Job description as our manager, sales operations, you will be an integral part of our team and must be ready and eager to make an impact on our company and those we serve.
The candidate must see themselves as an efficient, organized, innovator, who is comfortable with working cross functionally to more than meet the needs of the limber health sales team and its customers and other company stakeholders.
You will bring a strong passion for supporting the sales team building and growing the business in the u.sAnd for contributing to limber’s growthYou will have the opportunity to demonstrate both a strategic and hands-on approach and be able to work closely with the internal team to better service our customers’ needs.
Responsibilities
Initiate and follow through on customer contracting and renewals
Cross functional rf(x) coordination, execution, and submission
Assist sales in managing the sales process using the crm and other sales tools
Own the crm from a data integrity and reporting perspective
Develop and maintain sales best practices for the sales organization
Train new salespeople on sales processes as part of their on-boarding process
Help with the creation of sales tools and modify content as needed by sales
Work closely with executive team on sales forecasting and translation to revenue goals for financial modeling
Support sales in optimizing pricing strategy in alignment with sales team leaders
Support sales team in producing collateral for meetings, follow-up content, proposal, etc.
Ensure cross functional collaboration between the sales team and other segments of the business
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
5+ years of startup technology based experience in sales operations role(s)
Proven successful cross functional relationships and engagement
Experience preparing and responding to rf(x)
Exhibit strong project management skills
Deep understanding of crm software platforms
General business acumen
Experience working with executive level leadership
Analytics and reporting experience for internal and external audiences
Data-driven approach to sales operations and pipeline management
Ability to thrive in a start-up, self-motivate, and own projects end-to-end
Eager to make an impact at a young company addressing the most prevalent chronic condition and the #1 cost driver in healthcare
