Pac sr hrbp is responsible for the end-to-end strategic planning, communications and delivery of hr programs and policies as well as leading the implementation of key hr programs across the businessAs the main point of contact for assigned client groups on all hr matters, you will build and maintain influential relationships with lighthouse leaders and act as an advocate for employeesYou will also be responsible for driving day-to-day employee lifecycle management programs and tasks.
Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit Engages directly and regularly with leaders and their teams to drive the business agenda Proactively supports the delivery of hr programs and processes at the client’s side Manages complex and difficult hr projects cross-functionally Leads in change management projects and manages hr related internal and external communications, may create new communication methods Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implements changes necessary to cover risks Strategically aligns and collaborates with key stakeholders in other functions and departments (finance, pac, it, facilities etc.) Facilitates the client management team and pac to bring best solution for employees Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management Identifies learning opportunities and proactively trains and upskills managers and team members May manage additional hr or talent acquisition team members

Previous experience in human resource management Knowledgeable regarding most business practices and processes, strong business acumen Strong leadership and managerial skills Demonstrates knowledge of the organization's standing in the competitive environment Excellent communication skills Proven project management and change management skills Analytical and problem solving skills Current labor law knowledge in the us Prior experience leading global hr practices
Ba/bs or equivalent experience 8 - 12 years of human resources experience (sphr, phr preferred) 5+ years in big 10 consulting environment preferred 5+ years in technology environment
Work environment and physical demands
Duties are performed in a typical office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table. Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material. Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends). Duties may require the ability to travel via automobile or airplane, approximately 0-10% of the time will be spent traveling. Duties may require the ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
