Full job description
Job description: software developer
Some software application developers think of themselves as superheroes (with abilities far beyond those of mortal men and women)They’re annoying tinkerers (possessing an endless fascination with how things work and how to make it better, even if it already does the job perfectly) and classic automatons (spending days writing code to keep from having to do a simple chore).
We’re listenersAnd learnersAnd partners.
At liberty fox technologies, we provide software solutions and recommendations that improve our client’s business every dayWe do that in a variety of ways, using a variety of software toolsSure, we specialize in microsoft.net but we’re fluent in most major platforms and methodologies.
Some clients hand out a book of instructions that tell a software developer exactly what to doAnd that’s fine, if that’s the way they like to workWhat makes us shine though is our ability to help them write the book (establish clear goals for their software project), publish it (produce it in a way that makes sense technically, but is based on a deep understanding of client needs and workflow), and then make sure it doesn’t sit on a shelf gathering dust (we want clients for life and that means designing software that adapts to a business as it changes over time).
The bottom line is that the technology solution always fits a customer’s needs, not just our preferred way of working.
We’re also a member of pixel health, a unique family of companies that focus on facilitating the use of technology, simplifying the process of using it, and helping to overcome the organizational constraints of optimizing its adoption.
