Full job description
Job overview As latitude’s business development representative your primary focus will be to build relationships to arrange meetings with director/vp level individuals from our targeted companies and our sales teamYou will also qualify and arrange new client leads to promote the value of latitude’s products and solutions for the prospective company and its employees.
Build relationships with targeted accounts through outbound calls, emailing, linkedin navigator, etc.
Source new sales opportunities by outbound calling, emailing, canvassing new prospect lists, following up on marketing campaigns, and responding to website inquiries.
Schedule, attend, or coordinate meetings with targeted personas to discuss their training programs.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related discipline or the equivalent amount of experience. 0 - 2 years of sales experience Desire to work in b2b sales Self-motivated, “get it done” attitude Exceptional verbal and written communications skills. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong active listening and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Compensation $30,000-35,000/yr base salary (base salary determined by qualifications and selected benefits package) and potential for an additional $30,000/yr in incentive compensation (paid monthly/quarterly).
