We’re building our Product Marketing function from the ground up. This role will report directly to the Chief Product Officer, giving you access and input on key product decisions and overall direction of Product Marketing.
You’ll have autonomy to establish and define an effective Product Marketing function within the organisation. We aim to work together to create a strong Sr. PMM function that acts in close partnership with Product Management, Customer Success, and Sales, creating the most value for both our customers and for the business.
Your Responsibilities- Research the market and frame the competitive environment
- Develop actionable user and buyer personas to help guide activities and product investments
- Train the sales teams on how to articulate the products’ benefits most effectively
- Create a shared understanding by building materials that communicate effectively with customers and prospects
- Contribute to developing an effective go-to-market strategy
- Work with product management to define goals and metrics for product launches
- Successfully launched 2-5 products to the market
- Demonstrated ability to create excitement, build audiences, and form connections with internal teams and customers
- Experience planning and executing product launches, campaigns and measure their effectiveness
- Able to pivot quickly when a strategy, message, or tactic fails to deliver results
- Showcase effective writing and verbal communications skills, including the ability to convey the product’s value proposition to a wide and varied audience
- Understading of quantitative and qualitative research and analytical skills to help craft and hone the most effective messages
- B2B SaaS experience would be beneficial
