Software developer are you a software developer interested in astronomy? want to work on game-changing technology at the expanding wavefront of astronomical observation? the las cumbres observatory (lco) global network of robotic telescopes is enabling astronomers to observe 24/7Our revolutionary software stack can avoid bad weather, reroute around problems, and balance real-time requests from astronomers and studentsOur users study exoplanets, supernovae, near-earth asteroids and much more.
What you’ll be doing
As part of our distributed agile team, you’ll be using your 2+ years of python and cloud computing experience to architect and implement a full-stack system to facilitate large astronomical projects.
