The enterprise marketing segment activation lead will help lead the expansion of biotelemetry’s, a philips company, go-to-market strategy at the hospital and idn level to help accelerate sales and impact businessThis includes the strategy and messaging development dedicated to the c-suite/idn (integrated delivery networks) and service line heads through a strong understanding of healthcare policy, healthcare economics and the dynamics of the u.sHealthcare marketThis person will help drive the value position of our products, services and solutions to align with the needs of the healthcare enterprise, as well as the ability to translate the value in healthcare economic termsThis role will support the design and development of health economics and outcomes research that are aligned with the business strategy and targets.
You are responsible for
Maintain tight alignment with all appropriate nam marketing & sales stakeholders to develop & activate strategy appropriately
Create model and framework to demonstrate the clinical, operational and financial impact of our products, services and solutions related to healthcare reimbursement models and overall economic impact to a health institution Identify and support the design, implementation and management of outcomes research projects in collaboration with philips heor (health economics and outcomes research) teamThis includes, but is not limited to retrospective database analyses, economic models, and in collaboration with key institutions Develop analysis plans and targeting approach to help strengthen value to idn market (e.gClaims, emr analysis, customer data analysis) Manage relationship with key vendors or customers to ensure timely completion of projects Support development of publication of research findings in collaboration with philips heor team, this includes, but is not limited to peer-reviewed journal submissions, white paper development, marketing materials, sales tools
Understand healthcare policy trends, challenges, payments and reimbursement policies that will impact the market and translate this into value propositions for our products, services and solutions Collaborate with sales to prioritize and identify white space for idn messaging, campaigns and tools to enhance direct to market or sales activities utilizing appropriate channels and vehicle mix
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelors, mba preferred Strong understanding of sales & marketing functions and teams 10+ years healthcare marketing experience Experience developing go to market plans, with a clinical emphasis Startup mentality with ability to navigate a large organization Experience with direct and indirect sales channels, balance b2b and b2b2c requirements Broad understanding of the north american healthcare market Deep experience in and across respective healthcare markets and segments Desire to think creatively, out-of-the-box, and to innovate Proven ability to work successfully in multidisciplinary program team environment, coupled with experience supporting customers and sales teams Highly driven, self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and goal oriented Ability to motivate large marketing and sales organizations for the promotion of related products and services Excellent presentation and written skills Ability and willingness to travel.
