We’re looking for an individual with the smarts, experience and ambition to help develop our team in Australia. This is a remote role, but it does require Australian residency. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the business relationship for your book of business within our client base of over 1700 customers. This includes developing relationships, renewing and growing client contracts within the AM’s book of business. AM’s can expand the business relationship with our clients by recognizing the needs of the client, both in terms of expansion through adoption growth and additional products including services, training, and 3rd party solutions.
