Llp north america, incIs seeking an eam solutions consultant to join our companyOur team has broad experience implementing enterprise asset management software for various sectors.
Additional services we provide include implementing supporting software applications related to asset management, user training, support desk, data cleansing, and program management.

With the hexagon acquisition of infor’s eam solution, llp group joined the hexagon global alliance and channel partner program to continue selling and implementing infor eam by hexagon.

Responsibilities and requirements:
Configure and implement infor eam by hexagon
Provide technical and functional expertise throughout the lifecycle of a project
Use in-depth knowledge of workflows and system configuration to develop asset management solutions for clients
Engage with clients as part of the implementation team to understand their objectives and to then configure the system to meet those objectives using industry best practices
Provide pre-sales support, including system demonstrations and proposal preparation
Take an active role in preparing responses to rfi and rfps
Provide client training, data preparation and cleansing, documentation, software deployment, and unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
Work collaboratively with senior members of the llp project team to deliver tasks assigned accurately and under the defined and assigned timetable
Lead client training sessions and provide other-end user services as may be required
Develop in-depth knowledge of the hexagon and infor product suites, operating platform, and supporting technologies
Develop and maintain excellent client relationships and provide support for clients, including resolution of questions or issues regarding the eam solution
Deliver high-quality, value-added results for both client and internal projects
The ideal candidate possesses the following characteristics:
3-5 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
Minimum 2 years of experience with asset management application development and integration to erp systems
Minimum 2 years previous hands-on experience in eam implementations
Infor eam certification (or ability to achieve certification within the first 90-days)
Innovative, curious, and a creative problem solver
Willingness and motivated to learn, independently and with instruction
Detail-oriented and solution-focused
Works well in a team
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in every regard
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
Good knowledge of microsoft office products such as powerpoint, excel, word, sql
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Business level competency or native fluency in english, both written and verbal
Experience working on technical or maintenance improvement projects
Degree in it, computer science, engineering, or other technical related field is an advantage
Business level or native fluency in an additional language is an advantage
