The enterprise client systems (ecs) team designs, installs, and maintains customer windows-based architecture environments using microsoft endpoint configuration manager (mecm) and endpoint manager (intune)The full lifecycle approach focuses on design, delivery, and ongoing maintenance of the management infrastructure, operating system, and applications for our customersWe are seeking an individual to assist our team.
This position is remote but can be located in new york, connecticut or houston.
Responsibilities include participating in operational, and site-specific projects and initiatives that focus on client-facing or client-impacting technology and creating, updating, and organizing documentation for topics pertaining to application packaging, desktop management and other related it services.
Experience with windows 10 and 11 desktop operating systems, image management, application packaging & distribution, performance monitoring tools in a large, distributed environment.
Knowledge of application packaging tools such as flexera adminstudio, wise packaging studio, raypack, or master packager.
Understanding of deployment tools such as mecm, intune or any other enterprise application deployment and automation systems.
Understanding of windows image management utilizing microsoft deployment tool kit (mdt), task sequencing and hardware driver injection to create hardware images.
Windows installer technology (msi) deep knowledge of msi table structure.
Adminstudio / installshield, raypack, orca, master packager
