The roleKlarna is looking for an ambitious and talented individual to help maximize our sales and marketing efforts and help drive new revenueAs a sales team member, the sdr helps generate new business opportunities by identifying and converting leads into qualified prospects through targeted campaigns (email, phone, social, events)The sdr is crucial in driving new business opportunities for klarnaKlarna also offers a competitive compensation package for exceptional performers and the possibility to grow into a sales, marketing, or client success role in the future.
Day to day will be a mixture of the following: develop new business leads and convert them into new transacting merchantsUtilize prospecting and research tools, coordinate with crm to plan outreachQualify inbound sales leadsConduct sales development best practices with email, phone to connect with new prospectsTargeting, strategic growth merchants with annual revenue of between $1-$5 million annual sales volumeSet up demos or general pitch calls with merchantsWork internally with other departments to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations
You have:
Previous sme (small, medium enterprise) sales experience ideally in an ecommerce/retail/payments environment.
A bachelor’s degree.
Salesforce experience
Sales enablement tools experience (groove, salesloft, etc.)
Careful attention to detail.
The ability to talk clearly and confidently with any audience.
Proven ability to learn new things in rapidly changing environments.
Excellent oral and written presentation skills coupled with the ability to communicate product and business-related matters.
1-3 years experience in sales
